A Lifeline in the Darkness:

Intensive Day Program for the Emotionally Distressed

No one wants to face the frightening obstacle of mental illness.

The Intensive Day Program shows people who were lost in the dark maze of mental illness that there is a path, there is logic and there is compassion in their lives. The ARK accepts and understands their pain and shows them how to regain their joy. They have a safe place to come each day. They have a place in which they can grow, learn, worship, celebrate and heal.

Some people "graduate" from this program and return to productive lives. Happily, they often return to visit. Why? Because for a very important time in their lives, The ARK was home and family.
